Something that we have only briefly discussed is the development of our new height sensor. It was built to increase accuracy and ease the installation process. Nine months of research and testing went into this latest iteration, bettering the e-Level Management System in every way.
These improvements include:
* 4 different mounting points on the arm for target suspension travels of 4″, 3″, 2″, 1″.
* Removable setup guide keeps the sensor within range during setup (100 degrees). Once the setup guide is removed there is an additional 10 degrees of electrical travel on each side and no mechanical stops to break.
* The arm can be removed and re-clocked in 4 quadrants to re-orient the connector location in tight spaces.
* Improved linkage design (these plastic heim-joints have zero slack). This will bring a further accuracy improvement.
* Back and Face Mountable (Nice for through mounting applications).
This is yet another example of our commitment to never stop improving in our pursuit of excellence. Expect even more product developments to be announced in the beginning half of 2013!
If you have been following AccuAir Suspension recently, then you have most certainly heard of our new wireless Air Suspension control app “iLevel” which has been designed to look and operate very similarly to our popular e-Level Touchpad. The resounding question has been, “how does it work?” Reno Heon, co-founder of AccuAir, is happy to answer that and many more questions in our “iLevel Demonstration Video.” Enjoy!
AccuAir Suspension had its best showing to date at SEMA 2012. Along with a larger 2-car booth space, we also debuted our first company build in the wide-body Audi Avant appropriately named “AIR4.” The booth was buzzing with excitement for the official release of our “iLevel” WiFi based wireless control application. View it all in our AccuAir SEMA 2012 Highlights video!
The feature vehicles equipped with AccuAir Suspension, at the 2012 SEMA Show, were as impressive as ever. Scattered throughout the outside show field and through the many booth halls were our distinct and coveted AccuAir wheel plaques. To say this years list was impressive would be a gross understatement, so we will let the pictures do what our words cannot.

Over the years we have gotten consistent requests for color options regarding our aluminium air tanks; you ask, we deliver. AccuAir is proud to announce that our aluminium air tanks will now be offered in white and black powder coat. Along with color options for our air tanks, we will now be offering our EXO Mount System in anodized black. The combination of these colors and finishes results in dynamic look that caps off the AccuAir air management presentation. All the above options are available for purchase immediately, and can be viewed in person at the 2012 SEMA Show in booth #21355.
AccuAir in Japan!
The AccuAir phenomenon has spanned both the Pacific and the Atlantic, with dealers all over the globe offering their customers the very best in air management. We’ve made a huge splash and exploded into the European, German, and VIP car markets, so it was only a matter of time before our Air Suspension technology took hold in Japan. At this year’s Yokohama Hot Rod Custom show, AccuAir had a few feature cars on hand, including Kirk Hammett’s (Metallica’s Guitarist) 1936 Ford Coupe built by Cole Foster from Salinas Boys. We also had AccuAir Japan dealers on hand offering and demonstrating e-Level and other AccuAir products to their customers. Luckily we were able to snag one of their translated brochures as a cool souvenir before they were gone!
